What we do
We operate in two directions that reinforce each other. We deliver technology services — systems management and integration, software development, business analysis, project management, and testing and quality assurance. And we staff those same disciplines, placing engineers, analysts and project managers with organisations that need particular expertise for a defined project or a longer programme.
That combination is deliberate. Because we deliver the work ourselves, we know what a role genuinely requires before we start recruiting for it — which is the difference between a shortlist that reads well and a shortlist that performs.
How we work
We start from the business problem rather than from a technology preference, and we shape each engagement around how the client’s organisation actually works. Our consultants work across ServiceNow, Java, .NET, Python, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps and cybersecurity, in sectors including banking and finance, healthcare, retail and real estate, and the public sector.
